Brilliant to see the pace pick up after the summer and before Christmas, for our men and women with a prior #conviction.
And great to see job offers and interviews ongoing with men that we met at 2 recent #prison careers events with visiting employers Sodexo Live! and The Inn Collection Group – reinforcing to the men that these are *real* opportunities for the grabbing.
Or to quote our Prison Employment Lead when I went in to HMP Northumberland two weeks ago:
